That moment when you discover a bed bug in your bed...immediately panic sets in. How many more are there, where are they, what are you going to do, how much is this going to cost, how long have they been there, where did they come from...I can't even express the anxiety that set in when it happened to me. I had only spoken to one other company, before discovering Eliminex, that quoted astronomical pricing without even doing an inspection of my home. Eliminex came and did a free inspection. Phil was on time, thorough, informative, reassuring, empathetic, professional, and most importantly....honest. He spent about 45 minutes just checking my tiny bedroom...(when I said thorough I meant thorough!) and came to the conclusion that he saw absolutely nothing that would suggest an infestation had begun...that it was very possible that it was an isolated incident that I happened to catch very early. His recommendation (unlike the other company who told me heat treatment was my only option and that I should start immediately)...was wait and see if I get any bites before jumping into a treatment that I may not even need. I am still in the waiting process (fingers crossed), but I didn't want to wait to write a review. He presented me with more options and pricing that was more than $1000 cheaper than the other company and it comes with a great guarantee. If it does turn out that I do have more bed bugs, I will definitely be choosing Eliminex. If you've just discovered bites or a bed bug, I highly recommend speaking with this company. With how upset and anxious I was, they could've sold me any treatment on the spot. Any company that chooses to be honest with an easily persuadable and panicked customer deserves 5 stars =)
