The tech is always prompt and arrives within scheduled times. He acts in a professional and courteous manner, taking the time to answer any questions I may have. I had about 4 different companies in regarding my termite problem. One very well known company told me he wouldn’t guarantee he could get rid of them and advised me to sell my house! Along comes Kevin from Eliminex. He guaranteed he could kill the termites- They came back CONSTANTLY to check the bait stations, they did everything they said they would and by now I would have seen the swarms….and I haven’t!! Eliminex was not the cheapest, but they were absolutely the best company and I was 100 % confident in them. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone with a termite problem. Kevin is a true pro. He is knowledgeable , Confident and did everything he promised he would do. He wasn’t a salesman, but a true entomologist who knows his business Very Well. His services were worth every penny.
